Coppermap stores only what you enter and what is needed to run your calendar:
We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, or outside sign-in services. The app does not load content from outside services.
Your information is used for one purpose: to provide, maintain, and improve Coppermap for you and the people you’ve given access to. We do not use it for advertising or profiling.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own use. Your schedule is visible only to people who have your link and, if you’ve set one, your family viewing code.
Coppermap runs on secure cloud hosting that stores your data on your behalf so the app can work across your devices. That provider keeps the data for us and does not use it for its own purposes. We may disclose information only if required by law.
Your data is kept in your household’s own private database. Connections use HTTPS encryption, and access codes are stored hashed. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the design simple and self-contained to reduce risk.
You control who can see your calendar. Share your link and codes only with people you trust, and use the family viewing code to require a code before anyone can view. If your schedule includes details about children or others, the adult who set up the calendar is responsible for that information.
Your information is kept while your Coppermap space is active. You can ask us to delete it at any time, and it is removed when your space is closed.
